All about our private villa in Gili Air

  • Does Casa Koko provide food and beverages?
    You have access to our tea and coffee making facilities, espresso machine, and fresh drinking water dispenser free of charge. You will find a mini bar with soft drinks, beers, wine, and some snacks, at surcharge. Breakfast is included/excluded, depending on what kind of booking you have. If it is excluded, it is available for IDR 100.000/person.
  • Payment policy
    All payment made by Visa, Mastercard, or Amex will be charged an additional 3% to cover bank fees. At the villa you can pay at the end of your stay with either card or cash. All prices include 10% government tax and 6,5% service.
  • How far away is our villa from the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops?
    Our private villa with pool is located in the heart of Gili Air, so everything is very close to us. We are only 50m away from the harbour. Walking to the beach takes about 1 minute. The most popular beach area, restaurants, bars, and shops are within 5 minutes by walk or 2 minutes by bicycle.
  • Do we have wifi?
    Yes, we have the fastest internet connection available in Gili Air. Please keep in mind that we are on a tiny paradise island where internet will never be as fast as yours at home.
  • What services do we offer free or at surcharge?
    Free of charge - 2 Bikes - 2 Snorkeling equipment - 2 Headlights - Water gallon of fresh drinking water - Coffee machine DeLonghi and tea facilities - Shampoo, shower gel, and amenities - Umbrella - Linen, bath towels, beach towels At a surcharge - Breakfast* - Mini bar - Transport from/to Gili Air - Laundry service - Activities (yoga, diving, horse riding, massage) *Depending on your booking
  • Does our villa have items such as baby cots, pool fences, or high chairs?
    We can provide a baby cot. Please request it upon arrival so we can prepare it for you. Our villa does not have a pool fence or a high chair. Our bikes don't have a baby seat, but you can rent a bike with baby seat in front of the villa.
  • Can we help you organize your transport from Bali/Lombok Airport?
    Yes, we can help you to organize your transport. However, we are not responsible in case of any delays, modification, or cancellation from the fast boat companies. The full payment will be asked to be paid upfront by Paypal. Please note that we only with 2 fast boat companies as we have found them to be the most reliable and professional. They are a bit more expensive, but your security and comfort is important to us.
  • Do we allow hen do's, stag do's or other parties at the villa?
    No, this is in violation of our house rules.
